Spring has sprung! Or at least, it had. As I lie in bed I can hear the wind howling outside as the rain beats against my window. Thank goodness for hot water bottles and efficient radiators! Despite Glasgow's bipolar attitude, we have been having fairly Spring-like weather. It's nothing close to how warm it is in the States, (my mother wrote me today about tornado warnings and the dog's ever-fraying nerves from the constant thunderstorms. It seems the thunderblanket was not as helpful as first thought) but, if the stores are anything to go by the fashions are getting more and more optimistic! As for me, I survived the second semester (barely) and am finishing up my dissertation at the moment. Then it's just four exams until freedom...that is until September at least! It's official, I'm nearly a grad student! Now for some photos taken sporadically throughout March...
The heart has been around since I moved in.
The Forsythia and Sun shout: Spring is here!
Bunnies on the loose!
Bargain Bunnies? I thought they looked a bit strange!
Now you know why the others ran!
Guess the overeager shopper couldn't wait...
I like the alliteration of Daffodils in the dirt...
Still, Tulips in a tyre has a better ring to it!
